The first note lives at the edge
This short essay is already HTML at build time. The catalogue still lives in D1, and the drawing can move to R2.
The first Clearshore note is not a tour of framework names. It checks one thing: when you open this URL, the sentences are already in the HTML. A script is not required to finish the page.
Pages and the catalogue
The home page, the about page, and this note are prerendered at build time. The same sentences are inserted into the D1 content table so /api and the MCP tools can read them. After you edit the database, build again so the static pages catch up.
What stays on the free plan
Workers, static assets, D1, and R2 each include a free allowance. This starter does not bind a paid image service, and it does not commit secrets. Write requests send API_KEY. Reads stay public. The MCP endpoint starts with read tools; the write tool checks the same key.
